5. YouTube API Services

MarsClip uses YouTube API Services to enhance your video creation and publishing experience. By using our service, you expressly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

6. Data Storage and Retention

For YouTube-related data: we temporarily store YouTube data for a maximum period of 30 days. After 30 days, data is either refreshed or deleted in accordance with YouTube API Services policies. You can request deletion of your stored data at any time through your account settings.

The content you create using MarsClip belongs to you. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving our service.
